A Special Day

This past weekend my family and I got to go to AZ to visit family.. This is my sweet baby nephew who I got to meet for the first time. Isn't he adorable? I'm sure his grandparents in Japan can't wait to meet him. He is such a good baby!

Birthday Bikes {Rio Rancho, NM Child Photographer}

My youngest boys have their birthdays a week apart from each other and today they each got to pick out their birthday present. The funny thing is that when my husband and I went to look for bikes a couple of weeks ago we saw a couple we thought they might like, but decided it would be more fun for them to pick them out instead of surprising them. Wouldn't you know they picked the exact ones we did! Oh well, it was still a fun trip to the store with our birthday boys!

Today I got to do a newborn session for this adorable little guy. Sometimes I'm lucky enough to catch a sweet little smile!

This is the second time I got to photograph these sweet girls. They are such a joy to work with! I thought it was so special that their wonderful mom made their beautiful baptism dresses for them out of her wedding dress train. She is an amazing seamstress and you can tell she made these dresses with love!

Fun in the Foothills

We had so much fun today as a family exploring and hiking in the foothills east of Albuquerque. To our surprise there was plenty of snow to play in and the kids took advantage of that! They found lots of animal tracks in the snow and it was fun to guess what made them. It was such a beautiful day and it was so wonderful to spend it with the people I love the most!

This is the "Mom I'm hiding a snowball behind my back" smile! Love it!
